Our Journey in Worldflight

Since 2013, Worldflight Team USA has been a proud pillar of the global Worldflight charity event—a week-long virtual circumnavigation that unites flight simulation enthusiasts on the VATSIM network to raise funds for vital causes. Flying under the iconic callsign Delta 209 in a full-scale Boeing 737 simulator, we've completed grueling 45-leg odysseys covering 35,000+ miles, enduring 24/7 rotations, real-time weather, and worldwide ATC coordination—all to support Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital.

Key Milestones

Founding Year: Delta 209 Takes Flight

Worldflight Team USA joins the event for the first time, established as an official member of the Worldflight Group. Operating from a full-motion 737 simulator, our inaugural 7-day marathon raises initial funds for All Children's Hospital while navigating 40+ sectors from Sydney (YSSY) back to Australia.
